“In other ugly news, I have just found out that there is now a brokerage fee for every book I ship across the border to the US. Given that printing the books costs me around 15 bucks per volume, and shipping across the border is 20 and change, I can’t pay the brokerage fee myself without going in the hole, and I certainly can’t pass the charge on to trusting customers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
